Industry Veteran Don Graham Passes Away

Donald “Don” Edward Graham passed away on June 1 after a long battle with congestive heart failure. He was 65.

Graham most recently served as managing sales director for the Indianapolis-based Blakley Corp.’s architectural wall systems division, having been with the company for 28 years. He got his start in the industry with PPG Industries in Kokomo, Ind.

Graham is survived by his wife of 46 years, Mary Kay Graham; his two children, Brian Jeffry Graham (Laura), and Kevin Wayne Graham (Julie); his five grandchildren, Noah Graham, Olivia Graham, Anna Graham, Ella Graham, and Nora Graham; and brothers, Tomas Michael Graham (Annette) and Dennis James Graham; nephew Matt Graham (Sami); and niece Andrea Graham. He was preceded in death by his parents, Donald Admiral Graham and Lois Marie Graham.

A funeral mass will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 6, at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church in Carmel, Ind. Following the mass there will be a celebration of Graham’s life from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. at the Prairie View Clubhouse on William Connor Way in Carmel.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers and plants, donations be made to the Down Syndrome Indiana or a charity of your choice.

    We dealt with Don on a few jobs and he was such a professional and was very kind hearted. He never wasted your time and was always appreciateive of your efforts…..I truly believe he would have ordered the job from multiple people if he could as he knew the effort thatw as put in.
