The seele group announced three personnel changes and collectively they represent a comprehensive knowledge of engineering, economic vision and a profound understanding of the feasibility of demanding seele projects, according to the company.
Nelli Diller is the new managing director at seele GmbH. Diller is the first woman to join the team of managing directors in Gersthofen, and is responsible for project management, client relations and acquisitions. She has already worked for seele as a project manager and senior project manager in charge of numerous large-scale projects.
Diller began her professional career with seele by training as a technical draughtsperson. Most recently, she has worked at seele sedak as operations director.
Bernhard Veh is also now managing director at seele sedak GmbH & Co. KG. Veh has a wide range of responsibilities, from customer care to production. His main task is to deliver and to process oversized laminated glass panes. Veh initially worked for a medium-sized steel trading company as a business manager. Later he was the head of the purchasing department at seele GmbH and then at seele sedak. He gathered further experience in this field while working for an internationally active glass manufacturer. In 2012, he returned to work for seele sedak in Gersthofen as head of the procurement department. He has been managing director of seele sedak since 2013.
Andreas Hafner is now sales director at seele GmbH. His extensive technical and commercial knowledge of major international projects forms the basis of his experience in acquisitions and customer service, according to the company. Hafner initially began his career at seele as a technical project manager. Most recently responsible he was managing director for seele france SAS in Paris.
