The boards of directors of Building Envelope Software Technologies of Toronto and Building Envelope Software Technologies of Denver (Best Cos.) have made several management changes, effective immediately.
Dan Andersen, formerly president and CEO, will become chairman of Building Envelope Software Technologies in Toronto.
Barbara Andersen, formerly vice president of operations, will become president and CEO of the Best Cos. She also will retain her position as president and CEO of Building Envelope Software Technologies in Denver.
In addition, the company has hired O. Alan Hamilton to become vice president of operations of the Best Cos. With degrees in engineering and law, as well as experience in corporate finance, he will assist in steering the companies through their next growth phase.
Josh Rudd also has joined the company as general manager of sales. He is located in Denver and brings years of experience in the commercial glazing industry as well as extensive depth in sales and marketing.
