Ontario-based Greco Aluminum Railings Ltd. announced the promotion of Dino Aleo to president and Dave Paquette to vice president of business development.
According to the company, Aleo will now oversee day-to-day operations and the execution of strategic growth goals and objectives for both Greco Aluminum Railings Ltd. and its U.S affiliate, Greco Aluminum Railing (USA) Inc.
Frank Greco, meanwhile, will take on the role of chairman.
“As we continue to grow our business, having Dino and Dave in their expanded roles will allow me to step back from day-to-day operations in order to focus more on our strategy and longer term growth objectives,” says Greco. “Dino and Dave, along with Jim Ellsworth, president of Greco USA, are the outstanding leadership team that we need to achieve our vision.”
Paquette will be responsible for growing the Canadian market and leading the project management team. He will relocate to the company’s Windsor headquarters in the coming months while continuing to oversee business development and the project management teams in Toronto and throughout Canada.
“Greco has a great heritage, talented people, and a track record of growth in North America. I am excited about leading this organization and to continue developing an energetic, talented team of professionals to support our customers,” says Aleo. “I’m equally excited about Dave Paquette’s new role as he possesses more than 20 years of architectural railing industry experience and will be instrumental in implementing our growth initiatives in Canada.”
