Salem Flat Glass and Mirror announced it has added Doug Jackson, Joe Cota, Dio Guerra and Wayne Rush to its sales team. The group collectively brings more than 90 years of experience to the company.
Jackson, who will cover the East Coast, Canada and portions of the Midwest and Southern states as a machinery sales engineer, has consulted, provided installation, relocation, repair and training for major fabricators across the U.S. He owned and operated a business dedicated to field service for 15 years and holds a degree in electronic engineering.
Cota, also a machinery sales engineer, will cover the West Coast and portions of the South and Southwest. He brings 18 years of experience in water-jet technology, CNC, water filtration systems and other equipment, having previously worked with Makino, Intermac/Diamut America and Marmo Elettromaccanica.
Guerra, with 28 years in the glass industry, comes to Salem from Besana Lovati to serve as a regional account manager and glass fabrication product specialist. At Salem, Guerra will provide leadership and direction in a number of regions, working closely with the management team.
Rush, who entered the glass industry in the late 1980s, will also serve as a glass fabrication specialist. He will be involved with sales and service—building and strengthening customer relationships—while managing product and technology additions and innovations. Rush previously worked with BGM Diamond Tools, Z. Bavelloni Spa and Hilemn Machinery.
