Wausau Window and Wall Systems expanded architectural sales representative Bob Thiede’s sales region to include southern California, Nevada and Hawaii, as well as Wyoming, Montana and portions of Idaho, South Dakota and North Dakota. He succeeds Tom Metz, who retired this year.
With 33 years of experience, Thiede has worked closely with Metz, his predecessor Don Tidwell and other Wausau Southwest-based representatives. He has contributed to dozens of projects, including the Anaheim Convention Center, the Los Angeles Police Department’s administration building, the J. Paul Getty Art Museum in Los Angeles, and the Pacific Beacon in San Diego. Prior to a long stint as an estimator with Wausau, Thiede studied business administration at the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire.
