AIA Continuing Education Update

have developed courses designed to offer a better understanding of glass
and its many uses, performance qualities and characteristics. From high-performance

This course is designed to help provide architects with a better sense
of how glass is made; to explain the different methods for processing
glass; to help them better understand the different types of glass and
their intended use, as well as the basic design criteria in selecting

Glass Association of North America
The course explores the history behind glass coatings, as well as applications
and enhancements in the realm of energy efficiency. Various technologies
and applications, as well as cost savings to buildings that utilize coated
