Snap Shots

The third annual Independent Glass Association’s Auto Glass Show 2000 was held February 10-12 in Orlando, Fla.,
before an enthusiastic crowd of more than 300. Seminars included such topics as marketing methods, customer
service and retaining your work force. The trade show featured 38 industry-related exhibitors and covered two
of the three days of activities.
