We’ll Keep the Light Shining
by Dave Zoldowski
Beginning on page 36 of this issue of AGRR, you’ll find information about 2009 Independents’ Days Conference and Spring Auto Glass Show™ in Fort Myers, Fla. We feel a huge responsibility for the well-being of auto glass independents, especially in today’s business climate. The technical, business and legal discussions we will be having in May will help independents head back home with a new energy and positive outlook and, most importantly, new tools.
We are providing seminars and discussions our members have asked us to provide. We have also, as requested, moved our event East to a more family-friendly environment where travel is easy. Fort Myers is a hub for Southwest Airlines and other low-cost carriers.
We know these are tough economic times for all industries, especially the auto glass industry. But IGA remains committed to helping the industry get through these challenging times and to helping our members get and keep fair access to the market and the customers they serve. That’s why attending the 2009 Independents’ Days Conference and Spring Auto Glass Show is an excellent, cost-efficient way to learn new things and relax within solidarity of your peers. Your decision to attend this year’s IGA trade show and conference is not only a business decision; it is an investment in your future.
