Stürtz Machinery Announces Changes in Personnel
Stürtz Machinery Inc. of Solon, Ohio, has announced the appointment of Ellis L. Dillen to the position of vice president for the North American headquarters of Stürtz Maschinenbau GmbH. Ellis was one of the founders of Stürtz Machinery Inc. in 1997 and served as service manager before becoming regional sales manager in 1999. Ellis brings 18 years of experience in the window and door equipment business to his new position. 

The company has also announced the addition of Bob Vogel to the sales department as southeast regional sales manager. Vogel has acquired more than 20 years of experience in the industry, both from manufacturing and product design. He will be located in Fort Myers, Fla.

Saint-Gobain Corp. Promotes M. Shawn Puccio. 
M. Shawn Puccio recently was named vice president of finance by Saint-Gobain Corp. of Valley Forge, Pa. after previously serving the company as vice president/internal control services. She will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the company’s finance functions. 

Puccio is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Forum of Executive Women. Before joining Saint-Gobain, she was a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Intek Plastics Names Robert Tracy as New President
Intek Plastics of Hastings, Minn., has announced the promotion of Robert Tracy to the position of president. Tracy succeeds John Penn, who remains chief executive officer and chairperson of the board.

Tracy has been with Intek since 2003, where he has served as vice president of operations, and most recently as chief operating officer.

“Since joining Intek, Rob has consistently demonstrated his leadership skills. He has been a catalyst for change throughout our entire organization by instilling a culture of continuous improvement,” said Penn. 

Tracy has a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial and operational engineering from the University of Michigan. He brings more than 20 years of varied operations and management experience to his new assignment, according to the company.

Roto Frank of America has New President
Roto Frank of America, the U.S. subsidiary of Roto Frank AG, has a new president and chief executive officer, Greg Koch. Koch recently was promoted to the position, and will be responsible for the management of the company’s North American operations, consisting of roof, window and hardware manufacturing and distribution.

He has been with the company since 2001, and served as national sales and marketing manager. 

NEW HIRES
Allmetal Adds to Sales Team
Allmetal Inc. of Itasca, Ill., has announced that Jon DeVoogd has been hired as Midwest regional sales representative and will be in charge of the company’s sales division for Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota and Nebraska. 

“Allmetal was a customer of mine during the 17 years I was at Lorin Industries. The first-rate people I knew at Allmetal made this opportunity more appealing,” said DeVoogd.
He worked previously for Lorin Industries where he was involved with the interior/exterior architectural marketplace and new product/business development, and serviced other fenestration manufacturers. 

“I have known Jon for several years and I am impressed with his presence and work ethics. He will be a welcome addition and give Allmetal professional representative in the mid-western region,” said Dick Schellhase, national sales manager.

Thermoplast Selects Genereux for Outside Sales Coordinator 
Thermoplast, a member of the Royal Technologies Group, has appointed Eric Genereux to the position of outside sales coordinator. Genereux will be responsible for overseeing all activities related to sales prospecting, and will coordinate the efforts of the outside sales teams in the United States and Canada. Managing the customer service department will also be part of his new duties. 

Genereux’s experience in the window and door industry in Canada and the United States will be most beneficial to the sales department, according to the company.
