Therma-Tru to Focus on Market and Customer Channels
In what it says is a move designed to ensure continued focus on its growing residential business, Maumee, Ohio-based Therma-Tru recently announced that it is making personnel changes.

Greg Gurley has been promoted to vice president and general manager of the wholesale distribution business. He will be responsible for all aspects of the residential wholesale distribution business. 

Mike Daman has been promoted to vice president of residential manufacturing to lead Therma-Truís facilities in Matamoros, Mexico, Butler, Ind., Roland, Okla., Fredericksburg, Va., and Bowling Green, Ohio. 

Matt Reineke was promoted to director of materials planning in the supply chain organization and will be responsible for leading all materials processing supporting all residential business channels.

Jeff Glosser, former manager of customer service, has been promoted to director of customer engagement to lead customer support and service for the companyís residential products business.

Kolbe & Kolbe Gains New Directors
Kolbe & Kolbe Millwork Co. Inc. has appointed Michael Salsieder as executive vice president and a director of the Wausau, Wis.-based window and door manufacturing company. For the last two years, Salsieder has served the company as vice president and general counsel. Salsieder will continue in his role as general counsel. 
The company also appointed attorney Colin Pietz as a director of Kolbe & Kolbe, joining Marian Kolbe, Judith Gorski and Michael Salsieder on the board of directors.

TLC Welcomes Jim Schmidt
TLC Mouldings, based in Willacoochee, Ga., has announced that Jim Schmidt has joined the Sales Team as an Outside Regional Sales Rep. Schmidt is based out of Pawleys Island, S.C, and will be covering the mid-Atlantic sates.
