PERSONNEL CHANGES
ProVia Restructures Marketing Department
ProVia Door has restructured its marketing department and has added marketing
responsibilities for its recent purchase, Heartland Siding, to its existing
ProVia marketing team.
With these changes, two new positions have been created. Joe Klink has
been promoted to communications manager and will oversee public relations, corporate
events, online and offline electronic tools, and technical support functions
for both companies. Lynn Angle has been promoted to graphic design manager.
In her new role, Angle will be responsible for all elements of the graphic design
processes for both companies.
New Roles for Leaders at ABC Supply Co. Inc.
ABC Supply Co. Inc. in Beloit, Wis., has made some changes to its management
team and says it is because of the companys continued commitment to growth
and development.
Keith Rozolis has been promoted to executive vice president and chief
operating officer. In his new role, Rozolis will lead ABC Supplys branch
and manufacturing operations and affiliated and divisional companies, and will
continue to oversee ABC Supplys marketing and merchandising groups. Rozolis
has been with ABC Supply for ten years, previously serving as senior vice president
of strategic marketing and planning.
Brent Fox has been promoted to vice president of divisional operations.
He will oversee four of the companys business unit: Mule-Hide Products
Co. Inc., Amcraft Building Products, a private labeler of siding, windows, doors
and accessories; ABC Supplys Catalog Division; and Town & Country
Industries. Fox has been with ABC Supply for 26 years, most recently as vice
president of merchandising and purchasing.
Brad Money has been promoted to vice president of manufacturing operations.
Reporting to him are Mule-Hide Manufacturing, American Construction Metals,
and Vande Hey Raleigh. He had previously served as general manager of Mule-Hide
Manufacturing.
Kim Hendricks has been named to the newly created position of vice president
of organizational development. Previously, she was a vice president of ABC Supply
and president of Mule-Hide Products.
Mike Schwarz has been promoted to director of marketing and business
intelligence. He will oversee the companys marketing research and business
intelligence, sales support, pricing, merchandising and advertising areas. He
most recently served as manager of pricing and merchandise analysis.
Mary Groessl has been promoted to director of business development. In
her new role, she will support new strategic business and operational initiatives,
will be responsible for ABC Supplys real estate department and will provide
oversight of the companys risk management group. She had been manager
of business planning.
RETIREMENTS
Snodgrass Retires from Contact Industries
Jim Snodgrass, sales manager and vice president of export sales for Contact
Industries of Clackamas, Ore., has retired from the company after 25 years.
Jims expertise and insights will be missed, says Peter McKibbin,
vice president. He deserves much of the credit for establishing the Contact
Industries brand in the marketplace. We wish him all the best for a long and
happy retirement.
Snodgrass responsibilities have been divided among the remaining sales
staff, including sales managers Pete Himes, Duane Roth, Greg Wiltjer, and Ernie
Glanville.
Snodgrass plans to retire in Lake Oswego, Ore., where he and his wife, Kathy,
currently reside.
