In their new roles Van Meerbeeck and Nieminen are responsible for the sales and service of Tamglass and Bavelloni products in their respective regions. Dan Thompson has been hired as the sales manager for Bavelloni machinery in North America. He brings extensive experience in sales, marketing and product development to the company. Scott Bell has been appointed vice president of finance and administration for Glaston North and South Americas. In his new role Bell will have overall responsibility of administrative processes for the sales and services, including control, treasury, information and communication technology, legal and human resources. In addition, Agneta Selroos is the new manager of corporate communications and investor relations for Glaston in Finland. She joins Glaston from Hartwall, where she served as corporate communications manager. Edgetech Has New Sales Manager in the Western U.S. Prior to joining Edgetech, Hoehn spent 20 years with HB Fuller as regional sales manager (window division), national sales manager (powder coating division) and regional sales manager (powder coating division). He holds a bachelor’s degree in administrative management and a minor in chemistry from the University of Cincinnati. McNair Joins Truth Team The Wagner Companies Makes Hires and Promotions Chad Salmela also joined the company as an estimator/customer service representative for systems. He will be responsible for estimating Wagnerail™ projects and serving the needs of Lumenrail® LED lighted railing systems customers. Salmela brings 12 years of manufacturing knowledge to the company. He most recently worked for Eagle Mills Manufacturing as a designer and a sales and technical service representative. Christine Heiden has been promoted to estimator/customer service representative for systems. In this position, Heiden will be responsible for estimating Wagnerail™ projects and serving the needs of railing systems customers. Most recently, Heiden served as the company’s customer service/inside sales representative for the cable rail product line. Wetmore is the New COO of Aluminum Shapes SAF West Gains New Management The company also has hired M. Jason Bonner as branch manager of the SAF-West facility. He will be responsible for the production, sales operations and distribution and fabrication of the facility’s aluminum sheet and extrusions.The new SAF-West Redding, Calif., facility opened earlier this year to expand SAF’s national distribution and production services. n promotions
