Event Registration Form

In order to provide flexibility to our attendees, there are several different types of registrations being offered. If you pre-register by Friday, October 4, 2013 you could save up to $79 per person depending upon your type of registration.

SUPPLIERS PLEASE NOTE: if you are not exhibiting as part of Glass Expo Midwest™ and wish to attend, you may not wear clothing with company logos or other identifiers. We ask you to respect the exhibitors who support bringing this educational event to the region and, as such, you may not solicit their customers during the event as a non-exhibiting participant.

Explanation of Registration Options

Full Registration - Includes admission to Glass Expo Midwest™, all seminars, workshops and demonstrations on both days.
Daily Registration - Includes admission to Glass Expo Midwest™, all seminars, workshops and demonstrations on either Thursday or Friday.
Trade Show Only - Includes admission to Glass Expo Midwest™ trade show floor only.

* Subscribers to USGlass and Window Film magazines qualify for free registration in accordance with all other applicable terms and conditions.

SUPPLIERS PLEASE NOTE: Non-exhibiting industry suppliers are NOT eligible for any free or discounted registration options. Clothing with company logos or other identifiers is not permitted. Show management reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone deemed to be in violation of these terms and conditions. Crystal Window & Door Systems - Chicago Plant Tour

Window retailers, dealers and installers, as well as glass retailers and installers are welcome to tour the Crystal Window & Door Systems Chicago factory on Wednesday October 30 at 1:00 p.m. Tour participants will get a behind-the-scenes view of automated CNC control glass cutting, assembly of insulated glass units and the fabrication of vinyl and aluminum windows. Please note this tour is exclusively for the groups mentioned above. Window manufacturers and extruders are not permitted on the tour. All tour participants need to be registered (and approved) in advance. USGlass and Crystal Windows reserve the right to turn down a specific request to participate in the tour.

You may meet us at the plant or USGlass magazine will provide transportation to and from the hotel to the facility for a fee of $45 to cover transportation costs. You will be invoiced for the $45 if you elect to go and need transportation.
