AGC Glass Company North America
AGC Glass was pleased to participate in Glass Expo Northeast again in 2011. GENE was the perfect opportunity to showcase AGC’s new Krystal Interiors™ platform; glaziers were really excited by the vividness of our Krystal Kolours™ back-painted line. Many attendees had the opportunity to learn more about AGC’s U4™, surface#4 Low-E insulating glass product. They able to put the insulating glass unit into their hands so they could feel the smoothness of the coating. Since GENE was very well attended, it allowed many of AGC’s customers and downstream users to connect the products they see advertised with the genuine articles. For AGC, if a customer walks away from our booth with more knowledge, confidence in our products and trust in our relationship, it’s success – and we’ve had many successes at GENE.

Avant Guards
Avant Guards was pleased to attend Glass Expo Northeast™ 2011 and exhibit our complete powder coating line. Our company has completed 3 jobs from new customers that visited our booth at the show. Avant Guards metal finishing process is Clean and Green. Hot dipped galvanizing is not legal in New York State because it contaminates the air and water but our Rustproofing Zinc Metallizing process is Eco friendly with ZERO VOC's.

Custom Glass Machinery
Custom Glass Machinery exhibited solutions for decorative glass processing. Dip-Tech’s GlassJet digital frit printer and many other decorating technologies were shown including roll & spray coating, liquid & vacuum laminating, and laser etching. Additionally, Design & Integration’s processing machinery including larger liquid and vacuum laminating systems, high speed and heavy materials handling systems, and custom machinery capabilities were on video display. Liquid laminating seemed to have a fair amount of interest since the capital barrier to entry is extremely low. Additionally, CGM is beginning to offer specialized coating selection, consulting and process engineering services to assist customers find their way through the many possibilities.

Dlubak Corporation featured their flat and curved glass products at Glass Expo Northeast. Currently focusing on their detention and forced entry lines.
