Hartung Glass Industries of Seattle and AGC Flat Glass North America Ltd., a subsidiary of the Tokyo-based Asahi Glass Co., today announced that the companies have signed a definitive agreement under which Hartung has acquired the Metro Vancouver location of AGC Flat Glass. The location will operate as Hartung Glass Canada, effective immediately.
