The Colorado Glazing Contractors Association (CGCA) will hold an educational dinner meeting on Wednesday, September 17.
The meeting will begin with a cocktail reception at 5:30 p.m., followed by dinner with a panel of speakers. The panel will include a general contractor, architect, project manager, consultant and suppliers.
Topics to be addressed include the manpower shortage and scheduling; when, why and how to use consultants; contract language as it relates to American Institute of Architects standards; American Disability Act windows, with a focus on architects’ liability; when to get involved in the design-bid-build model; and warranties.
The meeting will be held at Dave & Buster’s just off I-25 and Colorado Blvd. in Denver in Function Room 2 (also known as the “Red Room”).
