CGA to Hold Election for Board of Directors’ Seats

The Canadian Glass Association (CGA) is seeking nominations for its board of directors. CGA member companies can submit one nomination each by May 20.

Nominees must be from companies that are members of the provincial association and have voting privileges as per the provincial bylaws. Companies also must ensure that the person they have nominated has accepted the nomination.

In accordance with the association’s bylaws, the minimum number of board members is 3 and the maximum is 15.

A compiled list of nominees will be sent out on May 22.
