Graham Adds One, Promotes Two

Graham Architectural Products announced it hired Jose Rodriguez and promoted Brian Sourber and Anne Smith.

Rodriguez joins Continental Glass Systems (CGS), a company in which Graham has equity and operating partner position, as senior project accountant.

He is responsible for the process and controls to assure accurate financial data for all phases of construction projects. He will also assure the accuracy and consistency of cost information between all departments including estimating, engineering and purchasing.

Prior to joining CGS, he held accounting positions with Montefiore Medical Center, CFY Inc. and TigerDirect. Most recently, he was a staff accountant with Borinquen Medical Centers.

Sourber returns to Graham’s York operations, where he is focused on the purchasing of all glass materials. He interned at Graham during the summer of 2014 and joined the company in 2015, gaining experience in production planning and buying. Last year, he transferred to CGS.

As production planner/scheduler, Smith is responsible for material coordination and planning, as well organizing intra-facility transfers. She helps develop and implement controls between facilities. She is also a member of the production control team, which is responsible for development and maintenance of certain operations-related metrics and statistics, as well as ongoing process improvement projects.

Smith started her career at Graham in 2007 as a financial analyst in the accounting department and was promoted to senior staff accountant in 2013.
