Poll: Is OSHA’s new workplace injury/illness database fair?

OSHA will now require companies in the construction and manufacturing sector to make public all workplace injuries and illnesses. [Read our coverage on the new rule here.]

The agency claims it will force companies to be more transparent and held accountable, while opponents in the business sector argue that this will negatively affect business, as it won’t show the complete narrative of a company’s safety record.
