Boon Edam Inc., a global security entrance and architectural revolving door company, hired Tom Schneider as its new engineering manager.
Tom Schneider
He has 22 years of experience within scientific and technical disciplines at several companies. In his most recent position, he managed technical programs for KYMA Technologies. He has also worked in the aerospace and defense industries with companies such as Bennett Aerospace and Laird-Durham. He earned a doctorate degree in physics from North Carolina State University.
As engineering manager, Schneider will lead a department of 15 engineers at Boon Edam’s factory in Lillington, N.C. He will also work with product development teams in the Netherlands.
