Dormakaba Officially Acquires Mesker Openings

Dormakaba closed its acquisition of Mesker Openings Group this week.

The transaction, which was announced on November 8, expands Dormakaba’s product portfolio in North America.

“Doors and all related components essential for access and security solutions for buildings and rooms can be provided from a single source,” a release from the company reads. “Dormakaba will also be able to expand its distribution network and take advantage of additional sales channels as a result of this acquisition.”
