Consolidated Glass Holdings (CGH) named Norm Plotkin its executive chairperson. He will replace former CEO Paul Cody.
Plotkin previously served as Binswanger Glass CEO from 2012 to 2015.
“The companies of Consolidated Glass Holdings have an excellent reputation in the glass fabrication business,” says Plotkin. “I’m excited to have the opportunity to work with the management teams, experienced employees and suppliers to grow the business and better serve our customer base across the architectural, security, specialty and transportation glass markets.”
CGH also promoted Mark Levine from chief financial officer to chief operation officer.
“Levine played a significant role during the acquisitions of JE Berkowitz and Dlubak Specialty Glass, while also bringing the other companies in the CGH family up to speed financially and structurally,” reads a release from CGH. Other CGH companies include: Solar Seal, Columbia Commercial Window Products, Global Security Glazing and NASG Holdings Inc.
