Sika Industry Announces Price Increases

Effective April 15, 2017, Sika Corp.’s Industry Division will increase prices between 2 and 3 percent on products within the flat glass, facades, fenestration, auto glass replacement  and insulating glass segments, according to a company announcement.

“Our costs have continued to increase significantly over the past year and this will allow us to continue to provide our customers with high quality products and high levels of service and support,” write Sika officials.

“The factors currently affecting our prices are largely driven by increase cost of raw materials, trends not in our control,” continues the company. “We continue to work to keep our costs down in our supply chain, making improvements in our manufacturing efficiencies and operating with robust processes.”
