Dirk Schulte has joined Tianjin North Glass (TNG), a member of North Glass Group, as vice president of TNG’s North American operation.

In this role, his responsibilities include the strategic development of business and relationships, technical advisory, commercial sales and project consultancy.
“TNG has passed through amazing records, developing state-of-the-art glazing products for advanced architecture,” says Schulte. “I’m thrilled about being part of TNG’s innovative team, driving the company’s development and growth to the next level; especially, within the high demanding markets of North America.”
TNG fabricates specialty and oversized architectural glass for the global construction industry.
“Dirk comes with a ton of industry experience, special technical expertise and personality that fits well into our strategic vision for the North American market,” says Paul Gao, general manager and vice president of TNG’s global operations. “At TNG, we are always challenged to think outside the box, and with Dirk on board, I’m excited to expand our regional services and support our customers with added value.”
Schulte previously served as vice president of business development, sales and engineering at APG International Inc., as well as managing director of APG’s Middle Eastern operation in Dubai for more than eight years. Prior to that, he was global business development manager for structural glass and facade applications at Dorma for more than ten years.
