Jean-Francois Cavalié has joined Consulting Collaborative as the firm’s managing principal of its new European office as near Toulouse, France. He brings significant experience as the company launches its services in Europe, according to a release from the company.
Cavalie has experience in the building products, construction, aluminum extrusion and manufacturing industries along with strong executive experience in start-ups, turnarounds and established companies. He also is active as a consultant to international companies and can speak English, Spanish and French. His international experience spans more than two decades of general management positions in Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
Cavalie has held the positions of president/CEO, managing director, sales and marketing as well as R&D director in companies having a range of $20 million to $200 million in annual revenues and considerable expertise in brand management. He also served as market director and operations director in a $1 billion division of a global aluminum company.
Cavalie earned an engineering degree from Toulouse University of Sciences and attended several management courses in IMD and Insead. He also is a flight instructor with an Airline Transport Pilot License.
