Columbus, Ohio-based Installed Building Products Inc. (IBP) announced it acquired Legacy Glass & Supply Inc., located in Sanford, Fla.
Founded in 2005, Legacy provides shower glass, shelving and bathroom mirrors primarily for single-family residential customers.
“With annualized revenues of $5.4 million, Legacy Glass & Supply expands our product offerings in the greater Orlando market by adding an extensive line of shower doors, shelving, mirrors and bath accessories,” says IBP CEO Jeff Edwards. “Legacy Glass & Supply represents our fifth acquisition of 2017 and I am pleased to welcome them to the IBP family. We have an active pipeline of potential acquisitions and remain focused on selectively acquiring well-managed and complementary residential and commercial installers.”
