Errol Bull Earns ASTM Hall of Fame Award

Momentive Performance Materials technical manager Errol Bull received the Lou Toporcer Hall of Fame Award from the ASTM International Committee on Building Seals and Sealants (C24).

The committee recognized him for his “distinguished service in the stimulation of research, promotion of knowledge, and service to the building industry in the area of voluntary standardization,” according to a release from ASTM. He previously received the Award of Appreciation in 2003 and 2007 from the committee. He has been a member of ASTM International since 2000.

Bull previously served as a structural design engineer with CT Male Associates, and a structural engineer and application development engineer with GE Silicones. In addition to ASTM International, he is a member of the International Organization for Standardization, and Construction Specifications Institute.
