Glas Trösch Group Changes Leadership

After 16 years as CEO at the Glas Trösch Group, Erich Trösch will shift his focus to his new role as chairman of the group. The change will take place January 1, 2018. Fabian Zwick will take over as CEO. He will remain responsible for float glass production and coated glass, but will also take over the responsibility for fire-resistant glass. Frank Studer, who already leads the automotive division, will be responsible for the production of technical glass.

Zwick, a physicist, has held several executive positions within the Glas Trösch Group since he joined the company in 2002. According to the Glas Trösch Group, this change in management structure will strengthen the group’s ability to successfully master future challenges and ensure the further company growth.
