Thad Ziegler Glass, a glazing contractor based in San Antonio, is celebrating 125 years in the glass industry. Five generations of Zieglers have led the company since its founding in 1893. Currently, Thad M., Thad W., Thad C. and William Ziegler are all working together at Thad Ziegler Glass. USGNN.com™ was able to tour their facility and speak with the family about challenges and goals facing the company.

Congratulations on your 125th anniversary!!!
I have known Thad M & Thad W since 1974 and have marveled at the family succession plans that have thrived for Ziegler Glass. Many family businesses do not continue under family control for various reasons but Ziegler Glass has solved any problems with strong leadership
and business values at the top. I have visited Ziegler Glass several times and have had lengthy discussions with both Thads over the years. They have enormous pride in the company continuing for another 125 years –I would not bet against them — Well deserved congratulations from Jerry Anderson.
