Enclos Tops ENR’s Glazing and Curtainwall List for Second Consecutive Year

Engineering News-Record (ENR) recently released its “Top 600 Specialty Contractors” list, which includes the largest revenue-generating glazing and curtainwall firms in the country.

The top firms in the glazing and curtainwall category totaled just under $1.5 billion, compared to $1.65 billion in 2017.

Enclos topped the list for the second consecutive year, but fell in the overall rankings from No. 39 to 56. Benson Industries was second on the list this year and ranked No. 86 overall. The list saw the addition of newcomer Integro Building Systems, which had a revenue of $67 million and was ranked No. 351 overall.

More than half of the glazing firms that made ENR’s Top 600 Specialty Contractors list dropped in the overall rankings compared to the 2017 edition.

Here are the top-10 glazing and curtainwall firms:

2 – Benson Industries Inc., Portland, Ore.
$278 million – No. 86 overall (No. 85 in 2017)

3 – W&W Glass LLC, Nanuet, N.Y.
$160 million – No. 162 overall (No. 137 in 2017)

4 – Crown Corr Inc., Gary, Ind.
$151.8 million – *No. 99 overall (No. 105 in 2017)

5 – Architectural Glass & Aluminum, Livermore, Calif.
$110.5 million – No. 221 (No. 194 in 2017)

6 – Karas & Karas Glass Co. Inc., Boston, Mass.
$77.1 million – No. 306 overall (No. 255 in 2017)

7 – Pioneer Cladding & Glazing Systems LLC, Mason, Ohio
$73.7 million – No. 322 overall (No. 373 in 2017)

8 – Alliance Glazing Technologies, Romeoville, Ill.
$72 million – No. 327 overall (No. 298 in 2017)

9 – Integro Building Systems, Opa-Locka, Fla.
$67 million – No. 351 overall (Not ranked in 2017)

10 – Flynn Group of Cos., Kansas City, Mo.
$63.6 million – **No. 96 overall (No. 157 in 2017)

Harmon of Bloomington, Minn., was ranked No. 78 overall in 2017 with a revenue of $270.9 million. The company was not included in this year’s rankings.
