Alan Harrison
Walker Glass Company Ltd. has appointed Alan Harrison to sales director. Effective October 1, 2019, Harrison will begin transitioning into his new responsibilities.
Harrison began his career with Walker over 13 years ago as a member of the costing team. He was promoted to customer service where he gained a strong knowledge of Walker’s customer base as well as its product offerings, according to the company. In 2008 he was named regional sales manager for the New England market where he has built a strong and loyal customer base, according to the company. He has continued to strengthen Walker’s visibility while opening up new accounts from Pennsylvania to Florida.
“Alan has done a formidable job over the past ten years representing Walker in key markets; he’s ready to take on sales management responsibilities. Alan understands the business and most importantly, our customers’ needs and challenges. I’m really looking forward to working with him in strategically developing our sales throughout North America,” says Charles Alexander, incoming vice president of sales and marketing.
