The Top Employers Institute has recognized AkzoNobel for creating excellent conditions for employees in the markets of Brazil, China, the U.K., the Netherlands and the U.S.
This year marks the company’s first “Top Employer” certifications in both the Netherlands and the U.S. The company has been awarded in the U.K. for eight consecutive years, in China for several years and in Brazil for four.
Opportunities for growth and development, working environment, company culture and benefits are some of the topics considered in the review by the Top Employers Institute, which evaluates companies against best practices in human resources.
