Rhyno Glass, a Florida contractor specializing in high-end interior and exterior commercial glazing, has hired Mark Burrows as senior estimator. In his new position, Burrows will help manage and grow Rhyno’s large contract division, focusing on new construction of unique and complex glazing projects throughout Florida, according to the company.
Burrows has more than 35 years of commercial glass experience. Before working at Rhyno Glass, he was a project manager at one of the largest glazing firms in Florida, according to the company. His experience in the glass, glazing and the construction industry includes field installation, architectural and structural design, custom engineered systems, complete project management and estimating. His project portfolio includes numerous structures (five- to nineteen-story buildings) ranging in value from $1-11.5 million. His extensive experience with curtainwall and window systems as well as historical restoration, blast, bullet, hurricane and forced-entry resistant systems as well as ACHA inspections on healthcare projects will provide elevated technical expertise for Rhyno clients, according to the company.
