Laura Little has been appointed vice president of sales and marketing at Goldray Glass. Little joined Goldray’s marketing department in 2014.
“As she learned about glass from the craftsmen in our plant, who for generations have honed their skills on the many beautiful and unique projects they created, Laura developed and nurtured her storytelling abilities. This allowed her to create remarkable customer experiences that helped to position Goldray as the company that did not shy away from challenging projects,” says Cathie Saroka, president and CEO. “Her thirst to understand the business through our customer’s wants and needs saw her transition to the sales team as a rep for the Pacific North West and Western Canada regions.”
In that role, Little engaged with Goldray’s research and development team to increase her understanding of the technical aspects of designing, processing, fabrication and installing glass. “As a sales rep, she brought a collaborative approach to her customers and our in-house team resulting in high customer satisfaction in her territories,” adds Saroka. “With her deep understanding and hands-on experience in both sales and marketing, Laura is well positioned to lead these teams to a place that delivers on strategic, long-term relationships with like-minded companies across North America.”
Little will work closely with her new team leads and Goldray’s other departments to design and implement plans that will benefit its customers and enhance its organizational performance and capability, according to the company.
“Building trust with our partners by understanding their priorities, delivering outstanding products and services while continuously working to strengthen our relationships is what excites me about this role,” says Little.
