Quality Metalcrafts LLC/Americlad has announced the change of its corporate name to Americlad LLC. Since the acquisition of Quality Metalcrafts LLC by president Mike Wallace and CFO Steve Gravel, the company retained the Quality Metalcrafts name, with an emphasis on the branding of its Americlad product line.
“As the Americlad brand became more nationally recognized throughout the architectural construction community, it seemed fitting to rename the company namesake,” says Wallace.
The Americlad product line includes fully tested composite and aluminum plate wall panel systems, column covers, sunshades, trellis, louvers, custom fabrication and flat sheet distribution. The company is headquartered in Rogers, Minn., and serves the U.S. market.
