Key Media & Research (KMR), parent company to USGlass magazine, is proud to announce that several of its staff members are among the finalists for the American Society of Business Publication Editors’ (ASBPE) Azbee Awards of Excellence. Presented across a range of publication types, including everything from business-to-business and trade magazines to websites, newspapers and newsletters, ASBPE’s awards are among the most prestigious and competitive for the field of trade publications. Finalists are awarded across eight regions and the program’s top entries nationwide receive national awards spanning 60 categories.
USGlass assistant editor Jordan Scott and editor Ellen Rogers are regional finalists in the category of All Content for their work on “The Great Debate: How the Industry is Addressing Thermal Stress Breakage in the Spandrel Cavity.”
Other ASBPE finalists include two of USGlass’ sister publications: Door and Window Market magazine and Auto Glass Repair and Replacement—for a total of five nominations.
“Even in a year when our team has had to adapt and adjust to a variety of logistical challenges, the talent of our staff managed to shine through,” said KMR president Debra Levy. “I am so proud that they have been recognized and named finalists by ASBPE.”
The winners will be announced at a ceremony in April or May on a date to be announced.
