AEC Announces Board of Directors Election Results

The Aluminum Extruders Council (AEC) announced the annual election of officers at its 72nd Annual Meeting and Leadership Conference in March, which was held virtually.

The following officers were elected to new terms on the executive committee:  Brook Massey, president of Florida-based MI Metals Inc., was reelected to a one-year term as chairman. Brook Hamilton, president of Georgia-based Bonnell Aluminum, was reelected as vice-chairman. R. Scott Kelley, president and CEO of Virginia-based Service Center Metals, was reelected as immediate past chairman. Jeff Henderson was reelected to the nonvoting position as council president.
In addition, the following were elected as new board members:  Christian Feisel, vice president of Manufacturing SAE for California-based Kaiser Aluminum, was elected as extruder director. Paul Robbins, general manager of CASTOOL Tooling Systems in Canada, was elected as the at-large director, and Stephen Guerrette, vice president of North American value-add product sales, scrap, and risk management for Alcoa Primary Metals in Tennessee, was elected as producer-director.
Those reelected to the board of directors include: Mark Butterfield, managing director of Magnode, a Shape Corp. company in Ohio, was reelected as extruder director and at-large member of the executive committee. Peter Hedman, the director of marketing and communications of Oregon-based Hydro – Extrusion North America, and Joe Jackman, president of Canadian Almag Aluminum Inc., were reelected to three-year terms as extruder directors. Matt Schicke, the director of Global Metal Sales for Rio Tinto Aluminium, was reelected as the producer director, and Tom Horter, the president of Canadian Matalco Inc., was reelected as supplier director.
