Viewrail Expands Floating Stairway Installation Service

Viewrail, based in Goshen, Ind., announced the nationwide launch of its new service, Viewrail Installations, to install its exclusive Flight floating stairs in residential and commercial applications.

“The dearth of skilled labor in the building trades is well documented, and unlikely to change in the near future,” says Len Morris, founder and owner of Viewrail. “We have a visually striking, unique product, and the best, fastest, easiest, most efficient way to install this is to hire an experienced professional to do the work,” he added.

The new entity was created to expand the service nationwide and can be accessed via the Viewrail website. Morris and Viewrail have partnered with the newly appointed CEO of Viewrail Installations, Daniel Bezden.

“Our floating stairs are designed and engineered to extremely tight tolerances, and now we can ensure that installation is executed to those same high standards. This is the next step in Viewrail’s continued growth and will be meaningful to our customers and very rewarding for our team members,” adds Morris.

The service begins with on-site measuring of the existing space to ensure that the steel, glass, aluminum and wood components are correctly made for each project. An automated system creates shop drawings to be reviewed by the homeowner and the architect or builder before components are manufactured.

“Every installer that will be on a job site is a factory-trained, full-time employee,” said Bezden. “My background in product installation has shown me that the key is to hire people with the right aptitude and skills, and then to train them extensively in the nuances of the unique installation process. Their experience creates a smooth and extremely professional installation that’s accomplished in less time. Our crews know where every component goes, and we show up on time with all the tools in our own trucks.”
