Lippert Adds New FuseCube Express

Lippert, based in Indiana, announced the installation of DFI’s FuseCube Express and plans to offer Diamon-Fusion protective coating on its various glass product lines.

Diamon-Fusion is a transparent, ultra-thin,  protective coating that can transform a glass surface to be water-repellant. Its patented two-step process chemically bonds to the glass creating a UV-resistant, protective barrier. The FuseCube Express is a fully automated glass coating machine that applies the coating through a proprietary chemical vapor deposition process.

“Adding the unique, value-added benefits of Diamon-Fusion to our line of glass is one ways Lippert is expanding its product offering. We want to give our customers a cost-effective, yet long-term solution to keeping their glass cleaner for longer. This is a big step in that direction,” says Tim Widner, director of glass fabrication and technical services for Lippert.
