Isoclima Acquires Global Security Glazing and Dlubak Specialty Glass Corp.

Isoclima Group, an Italian producer of high-performance glass and transparent solutions, announced the acquisition of Global Security Glazing and Dlubak Specialty Glass Corporation from SSI Consolidated Holdings.
