Dawn Campbell, art director and managing editor for Key Media & Research (KMR), the parent company of USGlass magazine and the USGNN newsletter, received the company’s 2021 Award for Extraordinary Service. The honor is presented annually and was named after vice president of media services Holly X. Biller, who has been with KMR for 25 years and epitomizes the definition of extraordinary.

Campbell, who has been with the company for 17 years, was presented with the honor by company president Debra Levy on December 10, 2021, during the company’s annual Christmas party. Campbell also received this distinction in 2010, making her one of the few two-time recipients.
In addition to designing layouts for KMR’s six publications, she also serves as the liaison for the printing of KMR publications.
“Dawn is an exceptional employee who navigated a variety of challenging issues expertly, ensuring our magazines stayed on schedule,” said Levy.
“She is more than deserving of this honor,” added Tara Taffera, vice president of editorial services. “It is an honor to work alongside her all these years.”
