Jumbo Glass Can Mean Jumbo Challenges. We’ll Help You Work Through Them at Glass Expo Southeast™

Jumbo glass is a remarkable innovation that creates equally extraordinary challenges for storage and handling. While the use of jumbo glass increases, many shops shy away from it because they are unsure how to handle, store and move it. Jumbo glass is here to stay, and we want to help.

We’re introducing a new session at Glass Expo Southeast™ ’22 (GESE): “Glass Handling and Storage Strategies that Save Money.”

“We are always watching the industry and listening to what our readers and expo attendees are saying,” says Debra Levy, publisher of USGlass magazine and moderator of the panel. “There’s never been a session quite like this because we haven’t seen the industry challenged quite like this.”

At Glass Expo Southeast™, January 6-7 at the Rosen Plaza Hotel in Orlando, Fla., you will have access to a panel of experts that will explain the best ways to move and store glass and review common mistakes and how to avoid them. These speakers will share what they’ve learned along the way to help others. Attendees should come prepared to question them on warehousing and equipment, logistics, transport and more.

On the panel will be Sofia Bower, director of operations with Protectapeel; Chip Olson, national sales manager of Quattrolifts USA; Barry Wood, vice president of marketing and commercial development of Wood’s Powr-Grip; and a representative from Vitro.

Glass Expo Southeast™ is a free event for readers of USGNN™, as well as USGlass and Archtiect’s Guide to Glass and Metal magazine subscribers.
