Tvitec Makes Offer to Save Cricursa

Spanish architectural glass developer Tvitec has reportedly offered approximately $15.6 million* for the Spanish curved-glass company Cricursa, which declared bankruptcy and halted payments to employees late last year. According to El Nacional, the company reportedly has debts of approximately $68,595,300*.

La Vanguardia, one of Spain’s main newspapers, reports that Tvitec’s offer includes the assumption of the company and 125 employees of its workforce of nearly 300. At press time, Tvitec had no additional comment on the report.
