Quanex Announces Promotions to Customer Service Team

As part of an ongoing effort to strengthen and streamline its customer service team, Quanex has made some promotions.

Irish Rubright

Irish Rubright was promoted from customer service manager to inside sales manager. Rubright began her career with Quanex as a customer service representative for the IG Systems division and was later promoted to customer service manager. In her new position, she will be responsible for directing the development of standardized processes across IG Systems. She will continue to manage the customer service team to ensure continued effective customer relations, according to the company.

 

Tonya Edwards

Tonya Edwards was promoted from senior customer service representative to customer service supervisor. Edwards began her career with Quanex in 2012 as a customer service representative for IG Systems. In her new position, she will be responsible for supervising the customer service team throughout IG Systems to develop a strong rapport, communication and relationships with internal and external customers.

Sarah Swigert

Sarah Swigert was promoted to import/export compliance manager for the North American Fenestration sector. Swigert began her career with Quanex in 2008 as an international customer service representative for the IG Systems division. In her new position, she will be responsible for developing import and export compliance programs across the North American Fenestration locations.
