NSG Group Announces Forthcoming Changes to Board of Directors

NSG Group has announced proposed changes to its board of directors that will take effect on June 29, 2022.

Yasuyuki Kimoto, currently the external director, chairperson of the board, is retiring at the end of the 156th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, after serving as an independent external director for the full term of six years since the appointment in June 2016. Shinji Asatsuma was recommended to move into the position of external director.

The company is proposing Munehiro Hosonuma receive a title change, from the representative executive officer, vice president and chief operating officer (COO) to director, representative executive officer, vice president and COO; and Tony Fradgley, currently a senior executive officer, chief transformation officer (CtrO), was recommended to become director, senior executive officer, CTrO.

These proposed appointments are subject to shareholders’ approval and will be formally decided at the 156th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, June 29, 2022.
