Patriot Armor Purchases All Glass Fabricating Assets from O’Gara-Hess & Eisenhardt

Patriot Armor, headquartered in Lenox Dale, Mass., purchased the glass fabricating assets from O’Gara-Hess & Eisenhardt Armoring Company LLC (“O’Gara”). Patriot Armor has secured a long-term lease for the former O’Gara glass plant in Cincinnati, Ohio, and will commence operations in mid-June 2022 with many of the former O’Gara employees joining the Patriot Armor team.

Patriot Armor also announced that it has purchased a large autoclave from the recent XPER auction in Pittsburgh, Pa. The company says its investment in equipment and expansion with the new facility further strengthens Patriot Armor’s position in the market and demonstrates its commitment to meeting the growing needs of its customers.

“This expansion will more than double Patriot Armor’s manufacturing capacity,” the company said in a press release.
