Lee Lagazon has joined A+W Software as the company’s application support specialist for its A+W Clarity (glass) customers. A+W announced in a news release that Lagazon is an “ideal hire” with his years of experience implementing software solutions in the glass industry.
Lagazon’s new position will see him troubleshoot customer support tickets, prioritize tasks, implement solutions in a timely manner and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the support process.

With multiple years of experience implementing software solutions in the glass industry, Lee can step in and make an immediate impact for our growing customer base,” says John Staiano, COO of A+W Software North America. “Lee’s industry and software knowledge (including Microsoft SQL server) together with proven customer-support skills will help our customers prepare and grow into their future success.”
According to the release, Lagazon has hands-on IT support knowledge of glass fabrication systems. He also co-managed the re-write of a glass-fabrication software system.
“His customer service skills, ability to work with different teams to achieve a common goal, knowledge of technical issues within the glass fabrication process, and IT capabilities will allow our glass customers to translate software into success,” reads the announcement.
“I’m excited to join A+W Software, where I can further my knowledge of glass fabrication software, develop solutions to unique questions, and train our customers to maximize their software,” Lagazon says in the release. “With seven-plus years of experience in the glass industry and driven by a passion to train and teach others, I look forward to helping A+W’s customers grow and thrive. I think the stability of A+W will allow me to develop skills to benefit the organization and our loyal customers.”
