Glass Industry Companies Named America’s Best Employers for Women in 2022

Forbes released its annual America’s Best Employers for Women in 2022 and several glass industry companies made the list.

Both companies are recognized for stepping up their support of women, be it through flexibility, childcare options and additional benefits to support women in the workplace.

The list was compiled after surveying 50,000 Americans, including 30,000 women and 20,000 men, working for businesses with at least 1,000 employees. The respondents were asked to rate their organizations based on working conditions, diversity and whether they would recommend their employer to others.

Additionally, the survey asked women to rate their employers on factors such as parental leave, discrimination and pay equity.
