Grenzebach Maschinenbau GmbH and Nikolaus SORG GmbH & Co. KG, both suppliers of glass production technology, announced a joint venture that will create a new company, GS Engineering GmbH (GSE).
The move allows the two companies to merge their supply and provide engineering services for the production and processing of glass.
GSE will support the activities of Grenzebach and SORG in the development of projects and services, including works planning and architectural and construction planning. Additionally, the new company will assist in the planning of the complete media and power supply, as well as services for project management, construction supervision, commissioning up to technical assistance and production support.
According to GSE, this gives customers full access to the latest technological developments for sustainable and revolutionary glass production.
More information on GSE will be unveiled at glasstech in Dusseldorf, Germany, on Sept. 20-23, 2022.
